What is KGTP Skills Foundation?
KGTP Skills Foundation is a skill development organisation offering industry-aligned training, certification and placement support to learners across India.
Who can join KGTP programs?
Students, job seekers, working professionals and anyone aged 14 or above who wants to learn a new skill. Some courses have minimum education requirements listed on the course page.
Where are your training centers?
Our registered office is in Najafgarh, New Delhi, and we run skill programs in Himachal Pradesh and Noida (Uttar Pradesh). Visit the Training Centers page for locations and details.
Are your programs recognised?
Our programs are aligned with NSQF and industry standards, and certificates are accepted by our partner employers.
How do I enroll in a course?
Choose your course, contact our team and complete the enrollment form. A counsellor will call you to confirm your batch and fee details.
What is the duration of the courses?
Courses range from 2 to 12 months depending on the sector and level. Duration is mentioned on every course card.
Do you offer online or weekend batches?
Yes. We offer classroom, live online and weekend batches so you can learn around your studies or job.
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are issued after you complete the program with the required attendance and clear the final assessment. Our team will share it with you at your center or by email.
How can I pay the course fee?
You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or at an authorised center counter. Instalment options are available for selected courses.
Do you offer scholarships or discounts?
Selected programs are subsidised under government schemes, and merit or need-based concessions may be available. Ask our counsellor for details.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds depend on how soon you cancel after enrollment — up to 100% within 3 days. Read the full Refund Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are initiated in 5–7 working days and usually reach your bank account within 7–10 working days.
Do you guarantee a job?
We provide placement assistance, interview opportunities and job fairs but do not guarantee employment. Your result depends on your skills, performance and employer requirements.

How do job fairs work?
Register for free, carry your resume and ID, and meet recruiters on the day. Many candidates receive on-the-spot interviews and offers. Details are on the Job Fair page.
Can employers hire directly from KGTP?
Yes. Employers can register, post openings and shortlist assessed candidates at zero placement cost.

How do I update my details?
Contact support with your registered mobile number or email. For changes that affect your certificate, such as your name, please share a valid ID proof.
