Eligibility & Registration

- We may cancel an enrollment that contains false information or violates these terms.
Courses, Batches & Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after registration is complete and the applicable fee is received. Course content, batch timings, trainers and venues may change for academic or operational reasons; we will inform you in advance wherever possible.
- Minimum attendance and assessment criteria apply for certification.
- Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- KGTP may merge or reschedule batches with low enrollment.
Fees & Payments
Fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
Always pay only through the official KGTP website or authorised center counters and keep your payment receipt.
Code of Conduct
All learners, trainers, centers and employers must behave respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
- Share your enrollment details or impersonate another person.
- Harass, discriminate against or threaten anyone on our platform or premises.
- Upload harmful, unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to hack or disrupt the website.
- Copy, record or distribute course material without written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course material, videos and software — is owned by or licensed to KGTP Skills Foundation and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial learning.
Certification & Placement Disclaimer
Certificates are issued after successful completion of the program and assessments. KGTP provides placement assistance, interview opportunities and job fairs, but does not guarantee employment, a specific salary or a specific employer.
Selection for any job remains at the sole discretion of the hiring company.
