Overview
We want you to feel confident when enrolling with KGTP. This policy explains when you can cancel an enrollment, how much you can get back and how long the process takes.
Tip: request your refund as early as possible — the amount refunded depends on how soon you apply after enrollment.
When You Are Eligible
- You cancel within the refund window shown below.
- KGTP cancels or reschedules a batch and you cannot join the new schedule.
- You were charged twice or an incorrect amount due to a technical or billing error.
- The program was not started because the minimum batch size was not reached.
Refund Window & Amounts
For voluntary cancellations, the refund is calculated on the course fee paid, counted from the date of enrollment:
- Within 3 days: 100% refund of the course fee, excluding payment-gateway charges.
- Day 4 to Day 7: 75% refund of the course fee paid.
- Day 8 to Day 15: 50% refund of the course fee paid.
- After Day 15: No refund, but you may request a batch transfer (see below).
Non-Refundable Items
- Registration, assessment and certification fees once the process has started.
- Study material, kits or uniforms already issued.
- Fees for programs sponsored or subsidised by government schemes.
- Cancellations requested after the course has been completed.
How to Request a Refund
- Step 1 - Write to us: Email info@kgtpskillfoundation.com from your registered email with your name, course and payment receipt.
- Step 2 - Verification: Our team verifies your enrollment date and eligibility within 2 working days.
- Step 3 - Approval: You receive an email with the approved refund amount.
- Step 4 - Refund processed: The amount is sent to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days and typically reach your bank account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster than card or net-banking refunds.
Cancellation by KGTP
If we cancel a batch or program, you can choose between a full refund or a free transfer to another batch or course of equal value. Any difference in fees will be adjusted.
Batch Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch or a different course, subject to seat availability and a written request at least 3 days before the batch start date.
